Dechkov’s house is a cultural monument with a museum exhibition named “Urban lifestyle from the end of 19th century” which tells about the life of mayors, industrialists and their families from the period of the Bulgarian Revival. The rooms represent a mayor’s office from the 20s of the 20th century, music hall with a piano, men’s parlour, ladies’ matinees parlour, maiden’s room. This 160-year old building, built in 1835, is known as ‘The House of Memories’.
